Two Golden Seed Stops on Mount Gelmir

Two Golden Seed Stops on Mount Gelmir

The Mount Gelmir reference guide identifies two Golden Seed stops: one along Seethewater River and one outside Volcano Manor. Both are sapling pickups, but their approach routes should be planned separately. A mountain destination can look close on the map while sitting on a different path or elevation, so the local starting landmark is more useful than distance alone.

Choose the stop that matches your current route

If you are exploring the river corridor, begin with Seethewater. If you are already outside Volcano Manor, inspect that approach first. There is no benefit in treating the order below as mandatory when it would require a long trip back through terrain you have just crossed.

Before leaving a checkpoint, look at your flask menu. Golden Seeds are spent to add flask charges. Note whether one pickup could complete the next upgrade or whether you need to collect more. This gives the trip a concrete objective without turning every missing seed in the region into an immediate obligation.

Seethewater River: follow the upstream route

Start from the Seethewater River Site of Grace and follow the river upstream. Look along the route for the small golden sapling. The watercourse is the main guide here: use it to maintain your orientation rather than searching unrelated high ground simply because it appears near the destination on the map.

At a branching or confusing section, stop at a safe position and identify the path you have just travelled. Keeping that return direction clear makes it easier to correct a wrong turn. If the surroundings no longer match the reference, retrace to the last recognizable feature instead of adding more uncertainty.

Approach the pickup as a separate action

When the sapling comes into view, check the nearby ground and any immediate threat before focusing on the item. Collect it, confirm the item name, then decide whether to keep exploring upstream. The pickup does not require you to commit to every later destination on the river route.

Volcano Manor: inspect the exterior uphill approach

The second reference is outside Volcano Manor, with the source directing the search uphill toward a small golden tree. Keep the distinction between the exterior route and the manor’s rooms. Searching inside the building because the guide mentions its name will not reproduce the intended approach.

Use the manor as a large orientation point, then examine the surrounding slope. A useful search is bounded: know which side you approached from and which piece of higher ground you are checking. If you find yourself repeatedly entering and leaving the manor, return to the exterior reference and reestablish the route.

Avoid a misleading shortcut assumption

This article does not supply a cross-region shortcut into Mount Gelmir. The earlier source research found a questionable route reference, so it was excluded rather than turned into a confident instruction. Use these directions once you have reached the named local landmarks.

That limitation matters when planning time. A guide to a pickup near a Site of Grace is not automatically a guide to reaching that Site of Grace from anywhere in the world. Keep access to the area and the final item search as two separate tasks.

Complete the upgrade before the next objective

After either stop, check the available flask-charge upgrade at a Site of Grace. Record Seethewater and the Volcano Manor exterior independently. If the second stop would require a major detour, you can leave it as a clearly labelled future objective without losing track of the seed you already collected.
