Three useful Golden Seed stops sit near familiar routes in Limgrave and the Weeping Peninsula: Stormhill Road, the outside of Fort Haight, and the approach to Castle Morne. This is a focused collection plan for those three pickups, rather than an exhaustive list of every seed in the region. The aim is to add useful stops to exploration you already intend to do.
What to look for
The small golden sapling is the visual cue at these locations. Use the map to find the general area, then look for the tree on the ground. A marker alone is less useful when you are facing the wrong side of a wall or watching a distant structure instead of the roadside.
Golden Seeds increase the number of flask uses through the flask menu at a Site of Grace. They are different from Sacred Tears, which improve restoration per use. If your problem is running out of charges, seeds address that problem; if each drink restores too little, a Sacred Tear route is also worth considering.
Stop one: Stormhill Road
Look on the road toward the Stormhill shack. The source identifies a golden sapling on this approach, making the road and shack useful reference points. Stay aware of enemies as you search: the tree is the destination, but it does not make its surroundings automatically safe.
If you are already exploring Stormhill, make this the first stop. If you are elsewhere in Limgrave, there is no need to force the order used by this article. Begin with the closest accessible landmark, then link the remaining stops to your other objectives.
Stop two: outside Fort Haight
The pickup is outside the fort’s walls. That distinction matters: you do not need to interpret “Fort Haight” as an instruction to search every room inside the building. Locate the walls, look around the exterior for the sapling, and separate the seed collection from any other fort objective.
Approach with an exit route in mind. If an enemy is following you, avoid stopping in a position that traps you against the wall. Collecting the seed and clearing the whole area are separate goals; choose the goal that matches the resources you have left.
Stop three: the Castle Morne approach
In the Weeping Peninsula, check the raised ridge near the road toward Castle Morne. The important relationship is between the road and the higher ground. If you follow the road without looking to the side, you can pass a nearby destination without recognizing it.
Pause at a safe position and compare your direction with the reference image before searching the ridge. Avoid treating any distant golden tree as confirmation: get close enough to identify the pickup and check the item notification when collecting it.
Turn the collection into an upgrade
- Return to a Site of Grace after the pickups you chose.
- Open the flask options and check whether you have enough seeds for another charge.
- Apply the upgrade if it is available.
- Review the split between your HP and FP flask charges.
If the menu asks for more seeds than you hold, the trip has not necessarily failed. Check your inventory and the displayed requirement before revisiting a tree. Keep a simple record of which of the three stops you have completed so that later exploration does not send you around the same circuit again.
